Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use this website or engage Natalya Roberts Interiors for services.
1. Who you are contracting with
The seller is Natalya Roberts, operating as Natalya Roberts Interiors, a sole proprietorship located in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada ("Natalya Roberts Interiors", "we", "our" or "I"). You can reach me at natalyarobertsinteriors@gmail.com or 647-803-7194.
My services include interior decorating, home staging consultations and home staging, room redesign and furniture and décor sourcing, as described on the Services page of this website.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation or engaging my services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the services.
3. How we work together
Most engagements begin with a free inquiry, followed by an optional paid video consultation. Custom work begins only after a proposal is accepted and the initial payment is made, as described on the How It Works page.
Video consultations are approximately 90 minutes and include a written report of everything covered. Where included, an in-person walkthrough follows the video consultation at no additional charge.
4. Payment and billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle and are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Prices on this website are starting prices in Canadian dollars and are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.
5. Booking & payment
Every project begins with a clear scope of work and a tailored proposal. A 75% deposit is required to secure your staging booking, with the remaining balance due on the scheduled staging date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Standalone consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Full deposit, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, sourcing and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, concepts, mood boards, concept boards, room designs, written reports, recommendations, schedules, sourcing lists, vendor lists, photographs, website copy and branding created by or for Natalya Roberts Interiors remain the property of Natalya Roberts and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
When you engage my services, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables prepared for you within your own project and property. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or reuse the designs, reports, photographs or sourcing lists for other properties, projects or clients, and you may not use them to provide competing staging or decorating services, without my prior written permission.
You confirm that you have the right to share any photographs, plans or other materials you provide to me, and you grant me a limited licence to use them solely to provide the agreed services.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website or my services, including by:
- using the website or services for any unlawful purpose;
- engaging in fraud, spam or misrepresentation;
- infringing the intellectual property rights of Natalya Roberts Interiors or anyone else;
- interfering with the security of the website, including attempting to probe, scrape or breach it.
8. Service level and results
I aim to provide a reliable, high-quality service, but I do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Staging and decorating improve how a property presents; I do not guarantee any particular sale price, sale timeline or outcome in the real estate market.
9. Suspension and termination
I may suspend or end access to services if there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms or my policies. Where reasonably possible, I will tell you first.
10. Liability, warranties and other legal terms
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and my aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid me in the six months before the claim. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill, except where such a limitation is not permitted by law, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
If an event beyond reasonable control — including fire, flood, illness or supply delays — prevents me from performing, I am excused while it lasts.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
