Refund Policy

Home Staging

A 75% deposit is required to secure your staging booking, with the remaining balance due on the scheduled staging date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your proposal and service agreement will outline applicable payment, cancellation, rescheduling and additional fee terms before your booking is confirmed.

Design & Styling Consultations

Standalone consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking. At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule without an additional rescheduling fee. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed at booking.

Furniture & Decor Sourcing

Furniture and decor purchases are subject to the applicable retailer's return and exchange policies. Sourcing fees, delivery costs and any applicable restocking fees will be communicated before purchases are made.

How to request a refund

Requests for a refund can be made within 30 days of the order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle — you can request one at paddle.net or by emailing natalyarobertsinteriors@gmail.com, and I will help you through it.

Our Commitment

All fees, service details and applicable terms will be communicated before work begins. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
