Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal information I collect through this website and my services, why I collect it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Natalya Roberts, operating as Natalya Roberts Interiors, Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada, is the data controller for the personal information described here. You can reach me at natalyarobertsinteriors@gmail.com with any privacy question or request.

2. What information I collect and why

  • Inquiry details — your name, email address, phone number, service of interest, property type and location, budget, timeline and the message you send through the inquiry form. Used to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal and provide the services you ask for. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interests in responding to prospective clients.
  • Lead score and summary — a short internal summary and score generated from your inquiry to help me prioritize responses. Used only for that purpose. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
  • Booking details — the consultation you book, the time slot you choose and your contact details. Used to schedule and run the consultation and add it to my calendar. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Payment details — payments are handled entirely by Paddle as Merchant of Record; I do not receive or store your card details. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Technical data — basic server logs such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the website secure. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

3. Who I share data with

  • Service providers — website hosting, email delivery and other tools that help me run the business, each bound to process data only on my instructions.
  • Paddle.com — as Merchant of Record, Paddle handles the sale of my services, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Scheduling tools — my calendar and meeting tools (such as Google Calendar and Google Meet) receive the booking details needed to create your appointment and meeting link.
  • Professional advisers — legal or accounting professionals where needed.
  • Authorities — where required or permitted by law.

I never sell your personal information.

4. International transfers

Some of my service providers operate outside Canada, including in the United States. Where personal information leaves its home country, I rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses and comparable protections.

5. How long I keep information

I keep inquiry and booking information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide the services and keep proper business records — after that it is deleted or anonymized. If you become a client, project records are kept for as long as required for business and legal purposes.

6. Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, ask for a copy in a portable format, object to certain uses, or withdraw any consent you have given at any time. I respond to requests within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local privacy regulator — in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

7. How I protect your information

I use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and limiting personal information to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but I work to keep your data safe.

8. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies and local storage needed for the site to function, such as keeping your session when you book a consultation. I do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
